We're a small studio that prints to order, so we can't do instant exchanges — but we stand behind everything we ship. If something isn't right, email us and we'll make it right.
30 days from delivery
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Email us before the window closes — we time it from the carrier's delivery scan, not your order date.
Almost everything
Most AM3D objects are returnable if they're:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with the original packaging if possible
- Free of damage caused after delivery
A few exceptions
For food-safety reasons, the Capybara Cookie Mold and any future food-contact items can't be returned once shipped — they enter your kitchen and that's where they stay.
Custom orders (special colors, sizes, or modifications made on request) are also non-returnable, since they were printed specifically for you.
Four steps
- 01EmailSend a note to hello@am3dfarms.com with your order number and a short reason for the return. A photo helps if something arrived damaged.
- 02We replyWe confirm the return within one business day with shipping instructions and the return address.
- 03You ship it backYou cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If we got it wrong — wrong item, damaged, defective — we cover it.
- 04RefundOnce we receive and inspect the return (usually within 2 business days of arrival), your refund processes back to the original payment method. Stripe takes another 3–5 business days to show in your account.
What you get back
Full refund for the product price. Original shipping (if any) is refunded only when the return is our fault (wrong item, damage, defect).
For change-of-mind returns, original shipping stays with us to cover the cost we already paid the carrier.
On us, always
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, email us with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund in full — whichever you prefer. Return shipping is on us.
